If they only gave a phone number, they consent to SMS at booking and confirmations go by text message in Hungarian. The result: paid bookings need no confirmation chase at all. Unpaid bookings try email first, SMS second. You're not burning SMS credits when free channels get the job done.

SMS on Időzíts is prepaid in packs (50, 100, 250, or 500 messages), and each message costs roughly 40 Ft. No monthly minimums — buy a pack when you need one.
Because email goes first, your actual SMS volume will be lower than your total booking count. Many clients confirm by email and never trigger an SMS at all. You're only paying for the messages that actually need to be sent.
