Meetings is for professionals who schedule one-on-one. Consultants, coaches, therapists, tutors. You send a private booking link to a specific person. They pick a time. The link expires after use. No public page, no back-and-forth, no "when works for you?" email chains.
Both include SMS reminders, push notifications, calendar sync, client management, and everything below. Monthly fee + prepaid SMS. That's it.
Online Booking
Your clients book themselves — anytime, from any device. Share one link on WhatsApp, Instagram, or your website. No app download. No account required. Done in 30 seconds.
Bookings gives you a public page. Meetings gives you private links. Six form types — from a simple name-and-phone to a file upload for document reviews. Four meeting types: phone, video, in-person at your place or theirs.
Calendar & Scheduling
Your bookings show up in the calendar already on your phone — alongside your personal events. Időzíts is an app you install from your browser in one tap, push notifications on every device.
Set working hours, block days off, add buffer time between appointments. Booking expiration frees abandoned slots automatically. Sick day? Your clients get asked to pick a new time instead of losing the booking.
SMS & Push Notifications
Your clients forget. Reminders fix that. Every booking gets a confirmation by email — free. Then a reminder the day before: email first, SMS if needed. Hungarian text message, their phone buzzes, they show up.
SMS is prepaid at ~40 Ft per message. No subscription required. Because email handles the easy cases, your SMS costs stay low. You get push notifications on every new booking, cancellation, or change.
Client Management
Every client who books is saved automatically. Their history, their contact details, your notes about their preferences — all there when you need them.
Blocklist clients who don't respect your time. GDPR built in: export or delete any client's data with one action. Anonymization for accounting records. Data hosted in Frankfurt — stays in the EU.
Online Payments via Stripe
Your clients pay by card when they book. The money goes straight to your bank account via Stripe. Időzíts never touches your funds.
Manage booking fees on any booking page. Automatic refund handling on cancellations.
File Uploads with Virus Scanning
Clients upload documents, photos, or files when they book. Every upload is automatically scanned for viruses before it reaches you.
ClamAV virus scanning on every upload — infected files are quarantined automatically. Lawyers, tutors, consultants — anyone who needs documents before the meeting.

What We Deliberately Left Out
We built Időzíts for one person running their own business from their phone. That means we said no to a lot of things other platforms say yes to.
- No team management. No org charts, no round-robin scheduling. You're one person. Your tools should be too.
- No marketplace. Your clients find you through your work — not through our platform.
- No email marketing. We send confirmations and reminders. Not newsletters and campaigns.
- No walk-in payments. We handle online booking payments only. For in-person payments, use whatever you already use.
