Data deletion
One action cascades through the entire system: profile, booking history, notes, uploaded files, calendar events, scheduled reminders. Everything goes. Not archived — deleted.
Data anonymization
Keep the booking record for accounting but remove personal data. Anonymize replaces all identifiable information while preserving appointment history.
Audit trail
Every data action — export, delete, anonymize — is logged with a timestamp. If anyone asks, you have the record.
EU hosting
Your data is stored in Frankfurt. It stays in the European Union.
