See Your Bookings in Your Online Calendar
Your Időzíts bookings appear in the calendar app already on your device. One-time setup: add your Időzíts calendar account in your device's Settings. After that, every booking shows up right alongside your personal events.
Works with: iOS Calendar, macOS Calendar, Windows calendar apps, Thunderbird, and any app that supports CalDAV.
Android: The app works on Android and you'll see all bookings in the app. Native calendar sync is coming later — Android requires Google Calendar integration rather than CalDAV.
Appointment Scheduling with Flexible Rules
You control when clients can book. Set it up once and clients only ever see open slots.
Weekly schedule
Set your working hours for each day. Monday 9-5, Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday off. Set it once and it repeats every week.
Blocked times
Vacation days, sick days, lunch breaks — block any date range or recurring time slot. These override your regular schedule.
Buffer Time
Back-to-back appointments burn you out. Add automatic buffer time between bookings — 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, whatever you need.
Clients never see the buffer. They just see available time slots. If you have a 60-minute service with a 15-minute buffer, a 2:00 PM appointment means the next available slot starts at 3:15, not 3:00.
No back-to-back bookings unless you explicitly want them.
Booking Expiration
When a client starts a booking but doesn't finish — they get distracted, they abandon the tab — that time slot sits in limbo on most platforms.
On Időzíts, unconfirmed bookings auto-expire. You set the hold time: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, your call. If the client doesn't complete the booking, the slot opens back up automatically. If they already paid, the payment is auto-refunded.
Sick Day — Cancel a Day Without Losing Your Revenue
On most platforms, cancelling a full day means refunding every client and hoping some of them rebook. You lose the revenue and the momentum.
On Időzíts, when you cancel a day, your clients get a message asking them to pick a new time. Their payment stays held. They choose a new slot, and the booking moves — no refund, no re-charge.
Six bookings at 10,000 Ft average: instead of refunding 60,000 Ft and hoping for the best, five clients pick a new time and one declines. You retain 50,000 Ft immediately.
If you prefer the simple approach, bulk cancellation still works the traditional way. But the rebook-first option is there when you want to keep your schedule full.
